FAQ’s for Newspapers

I don’t have my Username and Password for my Newspaper.
Emails have been sent to the contact that we have on file for your newspaper, as provided by the AWNA office. It’s possible that this email was caught in a Spam Trap, so we suggest that you check there, or feel free to call us at anytime for your account information. Our offices are open from 8:30 – 5:00 pm MST, and we can be reached toll-free at (866) 793-4820 or by email at info@protraining.com.

How do my employees access the training?
Simply ask them to create an account, and then they can request the training to be approved by the designated manager within your newspaper. As the employee creates an account, they will be prompted for the name of your newspaper. From there, when they browse the training available, they can request approval to take it. Once their request has been approved by you, they will be required to pay for it using a major credit card or Pay Pal.

What if I want to grant the training directly to an employee?
You can also log into your newspaper area and do the following:

• Add Employee Accounts
• Purchase Training Credits
• Grant Training directly to the employee

In this scenario, the employee will not be required to pay for the training themselves.

How can I view my employees training and testing?
When you login to your newspaper area, you can select Users and Reports, and see many different areas of employee training and testing history. Click away in here, you can’t hurt anything.

Is more help available?
Once you log into your newspaper’s private area, you can access an easy to follow How to Guide, as well as watch 4 simple product videos on all that is mentioned above.

FAQ’s for Employees

Can I share my account with my friend?
No. Your purchase is limited to single user access. For security reasons, your training purchase may include viewing limits or IP tracking to protect us from password sharing. If you reach these limits, additional access will be added providing your account does not show an abusive pattern.

After I purchase, do you send me a CD?
No, all of our content and training material is available immediately online after purchase.

Does your site keep track of my history?
Yes. Our site keeps track of the training you take, the the modules that you have viewed, and the scores for each exam. It also gives you performance benchmarks and lets you know how you are doing in all areas.

Can I review the exams that I take?
Yes. You can open and review any of your exams in your exam history. Just as you were taking the exam, you can open your exam and view the answers you selected, and whether you got them right or wrong.

Can I pause my training, and come back to it later?
Yes. Any training can be paused at any time for later use. When you are ready to continue your training, simply log back in and select Continue Training, and continue on.

How do I get help?
You can obtain help by using the support link on the menu, and sending a support request to us.

What happens if I forget my username or password?
If you cannot remember your login information, click HERE and we will send that information to you to the email address you signed up with.
